Figural Sterling Silver Sculptures of Knights
A pair of realistically modeled silver figures of knights with composition faces. These knights represent King Arthur and Theodoric the Great after the life-size bronze sculptures at the Tomb of Maximilian in Innsbruck, Austria. The figures are marked “Sterling Germany 925” and are likely early 20th Century, probably made in Hanau, Germany.
The taller figure measures 11 3/4” high including the plinth. Total weight is 48oz
Condition: There are bends to the scabbard of the King Arthur figure, minor abrasions, overall very good condition
