All items purchased from Revival House Antiques are in used condition and may have wear, damage including splits, cracks, wormholes, or other imperfections commensurate with age and use. We will attempt to clearly call out any damage, imperfection, or obvious issue with the item in the description. All items purchased include free shipping in the 48 contiguous United States. Smaller items will be shipped either through UPS or FedEx Ground, or USPS (delivery typically within 2-9 business days), at the sole discretion of Revival House Antiques . Larger items, such as furniture pieces will be shipped via freight through a standard delivery service, which is typically within 6-8 business weeks after pickup at our location. The carrier will be determined at the sole discretion of Revival House Antiques. Larger furniture items will be shipped and delivered with white glove service, which includes inside delivery, unpacking of items, setup, and removal of any packing materials. Small furniture items may be shipped with curbside delivery service only. All items will be shipped with insurance. It is the buyer's responsibility to fully inspect the merchandise at the time the delivery is accepted and signed for, and that any damage beyond what was called out in the item description be noted on the delivery form at the time of delivery. You should notify the carrier and Revival House Antiques immediately about any damage from shipping. Once the delivery form has been signed, no further damage can be claimed, and any insurance is null and void. Freight deliveries require the purchaser or another adult to be present at the time of delivery. The shipping company will contact the buyer in advance to notify of the day of delivery and again call on the day of delivery to provide an approximate time. Returns are not accepted unless the item does not match the item description. The buyer must pay any and all return shipping charges.
For International customers or customers in Alaska or Hawaii we are unable to ship large furniture pieces to these destinations as our freight shippers do not have means for those locations, but we are able to ship small items that can be typically handled through FedEx or USPS Shipping for an additional charge. Buyers in these locales will be responsible for the full cost of shipping, insurance as well as any taxes or duties required.
