Our soldier stands proud, looking directly at the viewer, his flag or standard over his right shoulder, with his right hand akimbo. He wears a yellow doublet and ruff. His rapier sword strapped to his hip. The painting is signed lower right.

The painting measures approximately 12 5/8” x 9” and overall with frame measures 19 1/2” x 16”. The painting is in very nice condition and beautiful in appearance. The frame has numerous losses throughout, but still makes the artworks look nice, and appears original to the painting.
