Large Antique Apothecary Balance with marble base, decoratively carved corners and drawer with weights, likely 19th Century.  This is one of the largest glass case apothecary balances we have seen, and one of the most decorative.  The front glass panel has lifts up, but the celluloid knob is missing.  Glass pane is a replacement for the original glass, which was broken.
