This painting is “after” Phillips Wouwerman.  It is a 17th or 18th Century copy of his original which is in the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam.  It seems to be a faithful copy and looks very nice depicting soldiers in a camp with horses.

The painting is on canvas but laid to board. It has a nice gold frame that is also old and is in good condition.

The painting image measures 15 3/4” x 18 1/2” and overall with the frame measures 22” x 25”.
