Every castle needs a throne and what better than an Antique Gothic Ebonized Throne Chair. This Gothic style chair has wonderful carving of lions or panthers flanking the top pediment, and a great carving of the Green Man on the stretcher connecting the legs. The ebonized wood has a great blackened finish with years of wonderful wear allowing the brown wood to come through the finish. The seat has been re-upholstered with a red velvet and large nail heads. This chair dates to about 1900 and is very sturdy and can be used on an every day basis. Dimensions 24" W x 25.5" D x 54.5" H.
