This beautiful carved wooden panel was cut from a massive English Tall Case Clock, circa 1900. A photo of a similar clock is attached.   It features a dentil molding at top above a radius arch with large wooden keystone rising on fluted columns.  Inside the arch are covered draperies and a window with shields at the top and diagonal lines. In front of the window is a Queen wearing a crown and dress with a large Elizabethan style collar and raised hand, while a gentleman knight kneels on one knee, holding a paper while his sword lies on the floor, carved in a brick pattern.  Age of this panel is unknown.  Dimensions: approximately 23.25" x 16.5".  This items comes with FREE Shipping via common courier.
