A beautiful oil on canvas painting of a cavalier with lace collar and wide brimmed hat.  The man looking forward toward the viewer with a mustache and goatee, and having a family crest above his right shoulder with the name "Convnale" on it surmounted by a knight's helmet.  The painting is signed S.J. Andrea or G. J. Andrea.

Dimensions of the sight area are 21 1/2' x 18" and outer dimensions of the frame are approximately 27" x 23". 

Condition: The canvas has been relined and had sustained a scratch from the top right corner down to the chin of the man.  The painting has undergone professional restoration, recently been cleaned, restored and revarnished and the frame has also undergone minor restoration.  It is now in beautiful condition and ready to hang and enjoy.
