An oil on canvas painting by British artist, Frank Moss Bennett (1874-1953) depicting the allegory of hearing or “The Violinist”. There is a small cobweb in the corner of the upper center section of the window. The artist signature is in the lower left corner of the hardwood floor with the date of 1915.
